Delivery Options
We offer reliable delivery across South Africa using:
1. The Courier Guy (Door-to-Door)
We hand your order over to The Courier Guy for direct delivery to your home or work address.
2. PUDO (Locker-to-Locker & Locker-to-Door)
Powered by The Courier Guy, PUDO smart lockers let you collect your parcel at a secure locker near you (locker-to-locker) or choose delivery from a locker to your door (locker-to-door).
Order Processing
After you place your order and payment is confirmed, we aim to process and dispatch your package within 1–3 business days. During high volume periods (sales, holidays) processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is dispatched with the courier:
Courier Guy (Door-to-Door)
• Major cities: approx. 2–4 business days
• Remote or outlying areas: delivery may take longer depending on location and logistics.
PUDO Locker Delivery
• PUDO deliveries generally arrive within 1–4 business days after dispatch.*
Delivery timing isn’t guaranteed and may vary due to locker availability and courier volume.
For PUDO locker pickup, you’ll receive a PIN or QR code via email/SMS once your parcel is delivered to your chosen locker. You typically have 36 hours to collect your parcel from the locker before it’s returned or rerouted.
Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is handed to The Courier Guy/PUDO, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Use this tracking number to monitor delivery progress on The Courier Guy tracking portal.
Delivery Notifications
• PUDO locker deliveries: you’ll be notified when your parcel arrives at the locker with instructions to collect.
• Courier Guy door deliveries: tracking updates are available via the courier’s platform once your parcel is in transit.
Delivery Restrictions & Notes
• We currently only deliver within South Africa.
• Delivery to PO Boxes is not supported; a physical address or locker choice is required.
• Someone should ideally be present to receive door deliveries during regular courier hours (Weekdays, 08:00–17:00).
Delivery Delays
While we do everything we can to meet these timeframes, external factors such as high courier volumes, load shedding, weather, or logistical delays may affect delivery times. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected window, please check your tracking details first, then contact us if you need more help.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel is lost, damaged, or fails to arrive, please get in touch with our support team with your order number and tracking info. We’ll work with the courier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
